Put sources in final order

Select or rename images in the sequence a reader should receive them. Check front/back scans and multi-page forms carefully.

Choose a page model

A4 or Letter is useful for printing and submission systems. Image-sized pages avoid padding but create mixed physical dimensions.

Contain when content must not be cropped

Contain fits the full image inside the printable box. Cover fills the page but can remove edges and should be reserved for decorative images.

Open the result before sharing

Verify page count, rotation, text legibility, color, and transitions between source images in an independent PDF viewer.

Prepare scans before conversion

Rotate each source correctly, remove accidental borders, and confirm that every page is readable before adding it. The converter places raster images into PDF pages; it does not deskew photographs, improve focus, reconstruct clipped edges, or recognize text. If a phone photo contains perspective distortion or glare, fix or reshoot it first. Use descriptive filenames or the visible reorder controls to establish front, back, and continuation pages. Keeping this preparation separate makes it easier to identify whether a problem came from the source image or the PDF layout.

Check the complete downloaded document

Compare the reported page count with the number of selected images, then open the PDF outside the browser tab. Move through every page at normal size and zoom into fine print, signatures, barcodes, and page edges. For contain mode, confirm the added space is acceptable; for cover mode, confirm no meaningful edge was clipped. Print one representative page when printing is the goal. The file contains images rather than OCR text, so searching or selecting photographed words is not a reliable validation method.
